When running a VBScript sample I get: “ActiveX component can’t create object: …”. What can I do?

The full error message is: “Microsoft VBScript runtime error: ActiveX component can’t create object: ‘AxSms.Gsm'”

This, most likely, has to do with the installation of the API .dll files.

To solve this please reinstall (repair) your installation by running the original setup again.
