ClickSend SMS
ClickSend is a SMS aggregator based in the US.
It is easy to use Auron Omni to integrate with ClickSend by using the following steps.
- Open the channel view and click Create a new channel.
- Select HTTP SMS.
- On the provider page, select the ClickSend option.
- Provide your account details and select the send type in the channel wizard.
The following ClickSend profiles are available:
- SMS
- SMS + Delivery report
In both cases, the following information is required from your ClickSend profile:
| Property | Description |
| From Address | This is the phone number associated with your ClickSend account. |
| Authorization key | This is the API key. You can find it in your account settings. |
| User name | Your ClickSend username. This is the email address you use to log in to the ClickSend dashboard. |
Receiving messages or delivery reports with ClickSend
When receiving messages or delivery reports, keep in mind that the ClickSend API needs to make a callback to your server.
You need to enable port forwarding from your router to your server. If you are unsure how to do this, contact your system administrator or contact our helpdesk.
