LOX24 SMS
LOX24 is a German-based cloud communication platform that supports sending SMS messages.
It is easy to use Auron Omni to integrate with LOX24 by using the following steps.
- Open the channel view and click Create a new channel.
- Select HTTP SMS.
- On the provider page, select the LOX24 option.
- Provide your account details and From Address in the channel wizard.
The following information is required from your LOX24 profile:
| Property | Description |
| From Address | This is the phone number associated with your LOX24 account. This can also be an alphanumeric ID. |
| Auth Token | This is the API key from your LOX24 account. Select API V2 when generating your API key. It consists of your account number followed by your API key. |
Receiving messages with LOX24
When receiving messages, keep in mind that the LOX24 API needs to make a callback to your server.
You need to enable port forwarding from your router to your server. If you are unsure how to do this, contact your system administrator or contact our helpdesk.
