Spryng SMS
Spryng is an SMS aggregator based in the Netherlands. It focuses on SMS in healthcare and logistics to help reduce no-shows and keep customers informed.
It is easy to use Auron Omni to integrate with Spryng by using the following steps.
- Open the channel view and click Create a new channel.
- Select Spryng.
- Provide your account details and select the send type in the channel wizard.
The following Spryng profiles are available:
- SMS
- SMS + Delivery report
In both cases, the following information is required from your Spryng profile:
| Property | Description |
| From Address | This is the phone number associated with your Spryng account. |
| Authorization key | This is an approximately 993 character alphanumeric string that can be found in your profile. You must generate it specifically for Auron Omni and Spryng shows this code only once. When entering it into the Auron Omni HTTP channel, prefix it with Bearer. The final value should be Bearer <API key>. |
| Support delivery reports | Check this if you want delivery reports for your messages. |
Receiving messages or delivery reports with Spryng
When receiving messages or delivery reports, keep in mind that the Spryng API needs to make a callback to your server.
You need to enable port forwarding from your router to your server. If you are unsure how to do this, contact your system administrator or contact our helpdesk.
