Manager application
The Auron Omni Manager helps you configure and interact with Auron Omni.
With it, you can create, edit, and remove channels, triggers, and campaigns. You can also view and manage the inflow and outflow of messages.
Start the Auron Omni Manager either by clicking the desktop icon or from the Start menu.
The Auron Omni Manager has four main parts:
- The menu
- The navigation tree
- The currently active view
- The activity view
Menu
All functionality in Auron Omni is accessible through the menu. Most menu options also have corresponding toolbar icons.
Navigation tree
The navigation tree shows the hierarchy of objects managed in the Auron Omni Manager. These are:
- Triggers. Run a small script when a message is received or sent.
- Campaigns. Define input sources for mass mailings.
- Messages. Message views to see and interact with message inflow and outflow manually.
- Configuration.
- API examples.
- Local API Samples. Working examples for integrating with Auron Omni locally.
- HTTP API Samples. Integration examples for Linux or web servers.
- Documentation. Links to this knowledge base.
The message view
This view changes depending on the selected menu or navigation item.
Normally it shows the configuration object that is currently selected.
Views are customizable and configurable. Find out more here.
Activity view
The activity view shows what Auron Omni is doing at any time, including recent history.
The first items, marked with a blue gear, are built-in server threads. The other items, shown with ball icons, are channels. These icons show the status of each channel. If an icon turns red or yellow, it indicates a problem with that channel.
The activity view highlights errors in red and warnings in orange.
Right click in the activity view to open the log file.
