Can I show my company name as the sender ID in my SMS messages?

Yes, you can. This is also called an alphanumeric sender ID.

It is not possible on GSM modems. It is possible with almost all online messaging providers.

The text can be eleven characters long. To use an alphanumeric source address, assign the display string to the SMPP or HTTP channel From Address property. We recommend setting the Source TON property to 5 when using an alphanumeric sender ID. Some providers require this.

You can change these properties in the SMPP or HTTP channel settings.
