No. Auron Omni uses the Auron SMS Component. A subscription to Auron Omni automatically allows you to use the SMS Component. No additional license is required.

The same applies to the Auron Email Component. Auron Omni uses the Auron Email Component to send and receive email messages. You do not need a separate license for that. All is covered.
