ClickSend SMS

ClickSend is a SMS aggregator based in the US.

Its easy to use the SMS Server to integrate with ClickSend by using the following steps.

  1. Open the channel view and click on ‘Create a new channel’;
  2. Select ‘HTTP SMS’;
  3. On the provider page select on the ‘ClickSend’ options;
  4. Provide your account details and send-type to the channel wizard.

The following ClickSend profiles are available:

  • SMS
  • SMS + Delivery report

In both of these cases the following information is required from your ClickSend profile:

Property Description
From Address This is the phone number associated with your ClickSend account.
Authorization key This is the API key. Find it in your account settings.
User name Your ClickSend username. This is the e-mail you use to login to the Clicksend dashboard.
Receiving messages or delivery reports with ClickSend.

When receiving messages or delivery reports please keep in mind that the ClickSend API needs to make a callback to your server.
