LINK Mobility
LINK Mobility is an omnichannel, real-time communications platform. They support SMS, WhatsApp and more.
Link mobility is active in many branches like customer care, marketing & CRM, notifications and authentication as well as OTP and much more.
It’s easy to integrate with LINK Mobility services using Auron Software. Just follow these steps:
- Open the channel view on click on ‘Create a new channel’
- Select ‘HTTP SMS’
- On the provider page: Select the ‘LINK Mobility’ option.
- Provide your account details and subscriber ID to the channel wizard
With LINK Mobility you’ll receive your account information from their support desk.
You’ll need the following information from LINK Mobility:
| Property | Description |
| Username / Password | Your username and password for authentication. |
| PlatformID | Your platform ID. |
| Platform Partner ID | Your platform partner ID. |
| Send URL | This is the URL for sending messages. |
| Delivery Report Gate ID | This is the gate ID for your delivery report endpoint. |
Receiving messages and delivery reports
The LINK Mobility support desk will also help you with configuring endpoints for receiving messages and delivery reports.
You’ll need to enable port forwarding from your router to your server. If you are unsure about how to do this please contact your system administrator or have them contact our helpdesk.
