We value your experience with our software and want to make sure that you can get started and keep running. If you have any questions or need any help setting things up there are a couple of things that you can do:

Premium support is available to trial users, as well as users that have purchased our software and have a valid maintenance license. With the purchase of any of our products you will receive a year of maintenance for free. Our support team may ask for your license number or product license key when handling your support ticket.
The best way to get support is by contacting us through e-mail and providing as much relevant information as possible. We recommend to include:
- The full version number and build number of the product
- A description of the action as well as intended result
- Any screenshots that maybe applicable
- Any log files that may be applicable
Stay up to date with the latest software
We are continually working to improve our products and will regularly release updates. We have yearly or bi-yearly major updates that include big and structural improvements but we’re also continually releasing new minor updates with minor improvements or fixes all throughout the year for each of our products.
With a valid maintenance license you can upgrade our products for free. With the purchase of any of our products you will receive a year of maintenance for free. After that you can e-mail us to renew your maintenance. We will also send you an e-mail at the end of your maintenance period to remind you to renew your maintenance license.
