Ron is the new built-in AI assistant for Auron Omni. It understands requests written in plain language and helps you work with your Auron Omni environment through a simple chat interface. Instead of searching through documentation, navigating configuration screens, or writing scripts from scratch, simply describe what you want to accomplish.
Unlike a general-purpose AI chatbot, Ron understands Auron Omni. It knows about channels, triggers, routes, campaigns, messages, logs, and the relationships between them. That means you can spend less time figuring out how to perform a task, and more time getting it done.
Whether you want to troubleshoot a production issue, create a new SMPP or SMTP channel, write a JavaScript trigger, search archived messages, or simply understand how your current configuration works, Ron lets you do it by asking a question.
Faster answers, less clicking
Ron can answer questions about your current configuration, inspect logs, search messages, suggest improvements, and create or update configuration objects, all through a natural conversation.
For example, you can ask Ron to:
- Show recent activity for a specific channel.
- Explain why a trigger isn’t behaving as expected.
- Write a complete JavaScript or VBScript trigger from a functional description.

You stay in control
Ron is designed to assist, not to act independently.
It only performs actions that you explicitly request and always operates within the boundaries of Auron Omni. Ron cannot delete existing configuration objects, has no access to the underlying Windows Server, and never handles sensitive information such as passwords or API keys. Those values continue to be entered directly through the Auron Omni management interface.
This combination of powerful automation and clear safety boundaries makes Ron a reliable assistant for both experienced administrators and new users.
